Markdown true for bold text formatting

Hi, Guys! Could you help me with this?

I created an inbound chat flow in genesys and linked it with a widget to webchat 2.0, I created a simple html to try the chat implementation and it worked pretty. But in my prompts I have content of message (between one asterisk) and the message isn't showing bold. The markdown is setted as true inside the webchat object.

I have tried all the ways on my prompt, between two asterisks, between one, with underscores, and none of them worked ):
