Is there a attribute on any of the events / triggers when an agent sends a message to the customer and the customer is offline, so that we can then use an event trigger + workflow + DataAction to push a notification to the customer letting them know we sent a message. - Using Web Messaging not Open Messaging.

- We have a Blueprint available here, can be extended as needed (this relies on Process Automation Triggers) > https://developer.genesys.cloud/blueprints/send-email-notification-when-outbound-message-fails-blueprint/
- We are also planning to add a new specific Notification Topic for when we detect an outbound message delivery failure, which would make the criteria more accurate (in current Blueprint the trigger is participant disconnect)
We have several items on roadmap for the full end-to-end native support across Mobile Push, Email Notifications and Web Push.
