Message link display is incomplete

My message link was sent with complete content, but after it was sent to customer service, *** was displayed in the link, causing the link to be incomplete and unable to be displayed.
May I ask what is the reason? I found no documentation on limiting links.
Is the link too long? Is there any way I can fix this.
