Multi party conferencing in Genesys embedded framework

Hi Team,

My request is below:

In Genesys full client agents can add upto 20 people into a conference while taking a queue call. Whereas in the Genesys embedded cloud agents can add upto 3 people into a conference. Is there any way to increase the number of people to be in conference in embedded framework.

Could you please assist me and do the needful.

This is actually a limit imposed by the platform, and not one specific to the embedded client: Make a conference call - Genesys Cloud Resource Center

Requests to raise these sorts of limits should be submitted into the Genesys Cloud Ideas portal.
