We are currently looking at the new web-chat deployment deprecation and noticed that additional settings and config need to be made, I wanted some clarification on the following
- Will I keep my original script to direct chats to specific queue?
- the following code just needs to be added to the bottom of the script
- Will this code only work once I activate for my org?
- do I need to create a new Deployment for each website or will the single one deployment
- I would like to test the script on my test site, if I enforce web chat deployment my current webchat won't work unless I have the code above added?
- can I toggle the setting on/off for testing? as we have multiple customer websites we would need to change
