I have a (Get) data action to invoke an AWS Lambda. This action will receive a string input of 6 to 8 characters and pass it to Lambda. Upon invoking that data action, AWS team is saying that they are receiving the call but there data is null.

The errors that you are showing there indicate something (scripter?) is trying to call a data action that does not exist (maybe it was deleted?).
I suggest that you open a case with support to work through your issues.
