No Name Available reconnect email

Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue when trying to reconnect an email using an external application.

When I call the endpoint /api/v2/conversations/emails/{conversationId}/reconnect the interaction successfully reconnects, but the user appears as "No Name Available".

Could you help me understand why this is happening and how to resolve it?
