I have Created a trigger for user activity and activated the trigger, but when the user is added to a queue, workflow is not getting triggered.
Tried subscribing to the topic from developer portal, but when user status is changed, not getting any events.
This issue is only for the users that were added newly, triggers are working fine for old users.
Does anyone what is missing?
running into this as well at another org, the user have logged in at least once, are cx3 licensed. Even if I manually call the presence API I do not get the event for either Process Automation Trigger or from a websocket inside of API explorer.

comparing two identical users, once fires off event reliably and one does not.
Thank you for reproducing this with a websocket! For both to be broken in the same way makes it seem like this is a bug below the level of Triggers. Please open up a support ticket so development can dig into the problem.
