Not getting the in-queue messages

Hi Team

I created one agent assistance widget and the solution was working till last friday(16th Aug, 2024). But today when I am trying to create a web chat v2 from the developer tools(https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/web-chat-messenger), I am not getting the notifications. My queue is activated. I checked the queue and group settings, all seems to be fine. Can you please help me with possible reasons for this? Sharing some screenshots:
