is it possibly to send custom notification message to PureCloud from back-end of external site? are there some API for this?
What do you want PureCloud to do with an incoming message?
need to show it for the user and save it in Alert Inbox. Also if it is possibly need to customize the look of this alert message.
You can use a custom client app to send alerts to the user (toast popup). You do not have control over the UI aside from the options in this API: https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/client-apps/sdk/AlertingApi.html#alertingapi____baseapi____baseapi_html_
