I like to know it its possible to have a notification when a change is made in the Genesys cloud schedule group, we need to have this kind of a solution to see if changes are made so we can update the schedules in our front end cache.
But in general it would be nice if we could subscribe to changes in config items but for now i'm looking specific to the schedule groups

I haven't seen any notification topics along those lines. You can suggest the addition of one for schedule groups at the Ideas portal
