Overnight Batch Process Failure Alerts - Jobs API

Good Afternoon,

Reading the documentation here on the jobs API:

While we're definitely utilizing the dataAvailabilityDate field to validate that the data we need is available, I'm wondering if there is an alert we can subscribe to in the rare event that the overnight Genesys batch process fails just so there's some "heads up" in the case that event occurs.

No worries either way, I just couldn't find anything about it and the question came to me internally through my business.

Hi Brian, in that same article, as you poll for the job, it should respond with the state/status, including a "FAILED" response.

Are you referring to the Jobs Api returning status as Failed. If yes we experienced it in one of our customer occasionally.
