Reading the documentation here on the jobs API:
While we're definitely utilizing the dataAvailabilityDate field to validate that the data we need is available, I'm wondering if there is an alert we can subscribe to in the rare event that the overnight Genesys batch process fails just so there's some "heads up" in the case that event occurs.
No worries either way, I just couldn't find anything about it and the question came to me internally through my business.
