Overnight loads

Hello,

We are looking to pull the previous days data as early as possible from the API. Is there any restriction on the time we can call the API? E.g. can we call at 00:01 and get all of yesterdays data or is there any behind the scenes data loads that we have to wait to complete before calling the API?

Looking to get say all of the conversations and other events from yesterday and just want to see how early we can get the data so we can schedule when we pass the data on to another team.
