Pass DTMF tones on Transfer to Number

Hi,

A customer is looking to complete an integration with a third party payment provider. The provider has stipulated that they need a couple of pieces of information passed on the transfer using DTMF tones and separated by the hash character.

We are performing a data dip, through Architect, into their application to pull back the balance to pay using the Customer Reference Number. Once we have the information the intention then is to perform a Transfer to Number action and pass the collected data.

Is there a way within Architect that a string can be constructed to pass the values of a number of variables using DTMF?

For example, it would look something like this:

{$Customer Reference Number} ### {Balance To Pay}#

Architect does not have a way to do that. Could the provider get that from UUI data sent on the transfer? https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/about-user-to-user-information-uui/

Hi @MelissaBailey, thanks for the response. At the moment they can't take the UUI data, however it is something that we are looking at with the provider. Is there any plan to allow transfer of DTMF data at any point within the PureCloud roadmap?

I found this idea in aha: https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/EDGE-I-55 that looks like what you want, but it's not scheduled on our roadmap.
