We have several premium apps all using the Premium App Installer. Our apps include an App Admin Group who can access tools via the Apps dropdown menu in GC. These tools are displayed in the right frame as web pages served from our AWS.
We've found that users added to the App Admin Group who are NOT GC Admins cannot access those tools (they actually get the first page of the installer along with a permissions error). To get around this, we can grant the following permissions, but this is less than optimal.

This requirement seems tied to the installer permission requirements. Any suggestions for how to get around granting these additional permissions?
