Hi,
I have to building an IVR solution where an administrator can call in a leave a voice message, which employee later call in and hear.
Does any one has any idea how to do that in GC flows ?
I have been looking at voicemail flow for recording, but how do I playback the voice message in a in-bound flow
Is it possible to export the voicemail using API and then reimport is as a user prompt
So please tip in idea / solutions for how to do this.
