Presence set to offline on apps.mypurecloud.ie when active in a different session

Hi,

When we are connected to genesys webrtc SDK through a client application our system presence is set to offline when closing the browser tab apps.mypurecloud.ie.

I have noticed this does not happen if you have multiple instances of apps.mypurecloud.ie open and close one of them.

Is there a way we can stop our presence from going offline on closing on apps.mypurecloud.ie if we have an active genesys webrtc client connection ?

Any endpoints we can hit or flags to the connection?

A user's presence will be set to offline when they close the official Genesys Cloud app. This process is not visible to external apps, though you can use notifications to subscribe to the user's presence in your app.
