Problem collecting 16 digits using voice bot and Genesys Enhanced TTS

I am attempting to capture a 15/16 digit credit card number using ASR. The engine we are using is the Genesys Enhanced TTS. The regular expressions I have tried are both [0-9]{15,16} and \d{15,16}. I also attempted to capture just 16 digits as well. The issue I am seeing is the voice bot is returning the follow error: Error.ASR. I backed the number of digits down to 10 digits and it works fine. If I attempt to capture 11-13 digits it is hit or miss (more misses than hits). Anything above 13 digits and I consistently fail with the above error. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

Hello, I can take a look at the details of this error. Error.ASR is not something I'd expect you to see.
Can you provide the Genesys Cloud region and an example Call ID where it fails?
