Properly Identify several values

Hey guys

I am looking to understand where to properly look for the following values:

  • Where should I look for the call disconnected Type of the conversation globally?
    (I know about the possible disconnected types but I have a confusion regarding where to look for one. Should it be in the participant.Customer or in participant.agent that finished the call for example?)

  • how to identify the conversation that was transfered? should I look for the first agent who answered and then for some particular disconnectedType for him?
