PureCloud Questions: javascript & nuance

Hi team,
we have been trying to help one of our customers, answering some queries. Anyone can help please?

We have a number of key questions it would be useful to have answers to if you are able to help:
· Can we run code of some sort locally on the designer (e.g. our own java script)
· Can the genesis designer web interface support the upload of Nuance tier 4 grammars via the normal customer console?
· Can get access to the full Nuance result structure and act on it (e.g. send it to a web service or use java script on it locally)?
· Is there any requirement to be Genesys certified in order to use the client web interface to develop PEC applications?

Also this point:
"I've also notice it talks about inconsistent output parameters which I think is the same issue we'll face with the DE. Doesn't sounds like a nice way of doing it but this suggests they've tried to provide something."

Important notes from the documentation:
You must only specify an output parameter if you are certain the web service will provide a consistent response. Otherwise, your application will generate an error if the web service provides a response that does not conform to what you have specified in the JSON Expression field (for example, a 400 error or a 200 code with no output). If the web service will not provide a consistent response, you can select a variable in the Results tab in which to store the entire HTTP response. Next, use an Assign Variables block to check for specific properties in the response and, if these properties are present, specify a JSON expression to assign to the variable. "

Thank you again for you assistance.
Regards,

Tiago

Hi,

Thanks for posting but it seems like the questions are about PureEngage and not PureCloud.
This forum is for the PureCloud product.

Hi thank you,

i was asked the queries by a prospect customer that i was told it was using Pure engage in the cloud, that may mean they are "hosting" a pure engage in the cloud, and want to use Designer to amend the flows.

I am going to open the case against pure engage instead.

Thank you very much
