Query related to Conversations End Time

Max EndTime for Conversations because the days difference between conversation start time and endtime is sometimes 62 days as well. Could someone provide insights regarding this

I'm not clear what you're asking.
A conversation will continue extending as long as it continues getting activity.
As far as I know there is no process that arbitrarily declares a conversation done just because it exceeds a certain age, except if they've been waiting in a queue that whole time. If they're idle in queue waiting they terminate after 59 days.

We are processing the past data through ADF pipelines. So if the data is getting updated even after 62 days.
There will be some mismatch with our data and Genesys data

There is no explicit maximum conversation duration. Genesys Cloud provides data as a service, which means that the only source of up-to-date data is the Genesys Cloud API. Changes to how analytics processes data are made periodically for new features and fixes, which can cause any/all historical data to be recalculated. If you are caching conversation data externally, keeping all of your cache synchronized with the service will be required for your reporting to be accurate.
