Does any one know if Genesys Cloud has an API available that I can send a zip code to and get the time zone? Or if any one else does this which API's on the internet that you use?
Genesys has no such thing natively because that has nothing to do with their product, and technically there is no such thing to begin with.
Zip codes are optimized for mail delivery not geography, they can cross time-zones and any data set that tries to tell you otherwise is fuzzy matching and will have a margin of error.
Same way you can't really correlate Zip Codes and CBSAs.
