I come from a very strong background in building IVR flows - new to Genesys Architect. All I want to do is build a menu with options (say 1-3) and have those options go to another menu and/or tasks. Do I have to use a reusable menu for this? This will be a menu that will only be used once in the flow. This is frustrating for me, as in my current world (Avaya) its very straight forward ... not seeing that in the Genesys world, but I'm very new to this and probably I'm just not seeing it. Thank you in advance for your response!
One more thing - if anyone has a more complicated flow to share (multiple menus, tasks, sub menus, etc.) with me, that would help me tremendously!
