Receiving webhook events from Genesys Cloud

Hi.

I work for as company looking to integrate our ITSM with Genesys Cloud using webhook notification from Genesys. The problem is that I can't find a page describing the specifications for the payload that Genesys will post. Can somebody point me in the right direction?

Genesys Cloud does not have outbound webhooks. You can request new features and share your use case at https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/.

Have you looked at the Notifications API? There you can subscribe to specific events that can then trigger a process in your ITSM that will perform the actions or API calls back into GC that you need.
