We have a status with some secondary statuses, but we want them to be displayed in a different order than the current one, which is the order they were created in “status-management”, when selecting them in the embedded framework. Is it possible?

The secondary status is simply displaying them in the order in which they are configured within the Admin UI, then returning the translated language tag for the user's locale (if set). This cant be changed in the embeddable framework.

To add to this, it would be nice to have a delimiter or drag and order option for the secondary status. We find that the order for agents show up differently, as well as the issue of not want to delete and configure to reset order. For example: to have "ACW" at the top for every agent as soon as they select busy.
