Requesting information regarding updating Support information in Genesys cloud for Avtex Insights Integration

It would be great if you help with the process so that all our clients will not be facing bounce backs related to Support emails.

Hello,

You need to submit an AppFoundry Partner Support Request via the Partner Portal and ask to update the information of your Premium Application integration definition.
The format can't be changed but you can specify which url/links/emails you want to update.
This corresponds to the Premium Application wizard information collected on this page - i.e. what TTEC/Avtex submitted to Genesys for this Premium Application.

We created a Partner Support Request to get the Premium Application Integration Definition updated.
but Genesys Partner Support closed the case. They do not handle this type of request. They have redirected me to another resource at Genesys. Team is waiting for response.

Please file a COE request and copy Zach Hinkle. This is something that Avtex does regularly; there should be several people within your organization that can assist you with this if this is your first time.
