Salesforce GenesysCloudInteractionUtility OKTA authentication, unable to view chat windown

hi Everyone,

If anyone can help me, so we implement Genesys Cloud Salesforce Plugin SFDC (Genesys Cloud for Salesforce) with authentication login with OKTA.

We experienced one of agent unable view chat interaction properly, below is the error message

If anyone can help, is this missing access / setting in Salesforce or is there any priviledges we need to give in Genesys Cloud to fix this, or OKTA ?

Any advise are appreciate.
