I created a schedule callback using javascript sdk, but it does not start callback when I set on queue and it always tries to connect same callback(old one created for test purpose) instead of new callback, how can I cancel this and connect new callback based on the list?
To stop the callback (the old one in ACD Queue which is distributed to your Contact Center Agent), just click "Answer" (to accept the callback), and then click on "End Callback".
As a clarification, accepting/answering a callback interaction will not automatically trigger an outbound call (if this is the reason why you didn't answer and then end the callback).
Regarding next callbacks, from what I see in your screenshot, they are scheduled for February 3rd (7:30 am).
These callbacks will only be submitted to an ACD Queue (which will then distribute them to an available Contact Center Agent) at that date.
They are currently in "scheduled" state (until February 3rd 7:30am - when they will be put in the ACD Queue for distribution).
If you want to cancel these scheduled callbacks, you can do it via the Performance - Scheduled Callbacks view.
On the right side of each row/callback, you have an icon to cancel the callback (Actions column).
