Score survey via API

Hi,

we are looking to create a post-call voice survey. Agent will transfer to a secure flow where the questions/answers will be made. And we want to use those answers to score this custom survey (because standard custom would be through email + web form, but we don't want that) by API.

But how do we get the parameter "customerSurveyUrl"??? We are not using standard method (architect invite flow + web form) as I was saying, that seems the only way to obtain "customerSurveyUrl"

For example, an example for customerSurveyUrl is "https://apps.mypurecloud.ie/quality-forms/#/surveycodes/YzU4NWFjMTEtYmJkNS00ZGYyLWI3YjktMmJmNTcwMDc2NDZl".

How is that code after "surveycodes/" generated, and what has to do with conversationId? We only know conversationId, but no way to know that another code

Unfortunately, the only way to get that URL currently is to retrieve it from the email sent to the customer, which requires the customer to retrieve it for you. You can request new features at https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas
