I have an Inbound Message flow in Architect with an In-queue Message Flow as well.
When the customer (via messenger) reaches an agent, I can click on "Scripts" and see the script that was assigned to the queue. But if in Architect, I "Set screen pop" with the script name, it does not pop. It remains unseen unless I click on "Scripts"
Does this not work with Messenger/Chat because it could cover the chat window? If so, is there a way it can at least be shown in the scripts by default instead of having to click on "Scripts"?
hey Alex - You can set the "Script" panel to appear automatically by selecting your default panels. From your description, i'm not sure if this logic may already be interfering with the details of your flow. Give it a try and let me know if this solves it for you.
Is this something I should open a ticket on? Usually they direct me here, so I thought I'd ask here first in case I'm missing something glaringly obvious.
Hey Alex - i'm not as familiar with the architect action to set a screen pop. Yeah, I would recommend opening a Care ticket, they should be able to uncover if there are conflicting settings here.
