Hello guys,
I'm trying to open an iframe with dynamic parameters when a call enters in the system.
For instance I have the following url for the iframe: https://servername/webServer?parameter1={{variable1}}
the variable1 shuold host the ANI of the caller.
Could you help me to understand how to setup my variable1?

Hello Tim, thank you for your quick reply, but I'm still confuse...sorry!
I have read the documentation but for instance, in a script, i have to use a data action to get back a value of a participant data (or more) that I have filled in architect before to arrive to launch the script? and what about get value of system variables as Call.Ani for instance?
