I am attempting to utilize the Send a Message to a Room API in the developer center.
We are attempting to route survey data from our Lex V2 Voice Bot into a specific chat room. We've attempted a couple times to accomplish this but we are unable to get this to work correctly.Here is the link of the API- https://developer.genesys.cloud/commdigital/collabchat/I'm uploading a photo of the what I believe is to be the chat room id (jid).Would you be able to provide some assistance with making sure we are doing this correctly.

Hello, the collaborate chat APIs you linked are not related to webhooks; those APIs are for users to participate in collaborate chats. For automation use cases, you can find the webhook documentation here: https://developer.genesys.cloud/platform/webhooks/.
