Sending real-time notifications to the client application

Hello,

I developed a client application in Genesys PureCloud. Can I send real-time notifications to the client application from the backend of a .NET application? Is there an API endpoint for this?

In addition, I am also looking for answers to the following questions.

  1. Is it possible to write custom JavaScript for PureCloud?

  2. Is it possible to create a Custom CTI button in PureCloud similar to the one in Interaction Connect?

No, there is no channel to send real-time notifications (custom) from a backend app to the client application.
