Set default queue on new interaction

Hi,

Is there any way to set a default queue that autofills queue field when I click on a new interaction?

I found this article Configure on behalf of queue - Genesys Cloud Resource Center but it's not that I need, because it lets user to chose queue himself.

I need to place an specific queue by some way that does not requires user to type it.

Is it possible?

Can I please get a response on this?

The queue is either selected manually, or as part of the click to dial event (which can be set to not place the call, but rather only populate the new interaction screen). There is no "default queue" option for the embedded client at this time.
