I am working on configuring the web chat to use different languages based on a drop down provided in the form if selected or if the default language of the browser is defined. In our form we have a drop down that has the three languages (English, Italian, and Spanish), we would like to have the chat channel have the communication automatically translated in that said language if selected or defined in the browser settings.
I am attempting to link the language pack for both Spanish and Italian but I cannot seem to specify it within the code. The examples that are within the resources center look different from mine as they use the "window._genesys.widgets" and my code works with "window._genesys". Below is a screenshot of my form and my code.
