Skills-based dialing campaign dynamic sorting

Good morning,

We are doing a campaign based on skills, but when configuring them, it disables the dynamic sorting option.

According to the documentation "Dynamic queueing must have Sorting switched ON for skills-based campaigns."

The campaign works but the dynamic sorting does not, we introduce a second load of records in the contactlist, it presents them to the agents according to the order of entry in the campaign and not by the order we have set (priority number configured).

Are we making a mistake ? As it is skill based we can't have a dynamic sorting as in other campaigns?
