Speech and Text Analytics - Questions

Dear GenesysCloud Team,

I hope you are doing well. I am currently involved in a research project at my company, where we are looking to extract speech analytics data using Genesys APIs. The APIs we are investigating are as follows:

api/v2/speechandtextanalytics/conversations/{conversationId}
api/v2/speechandtextanalytics/conversations/{conversationId}/communications/{communicationId}/transcripturls

However, we face a significant challenge in our company's scenario. We have, on average, 700,000 calls per day, which makes it impractical to make individual requests to these endpoints as they operate at the conversation level. Furthermore, upon reviewing the documentation, we found that the rate limit for both endpoints is only 150 requests per minute, which is also insufficient for our needs.

In this context, I would like to know if there is an endpoint that allows for the retrieval of this information in bulk. If not, I am interested in knowing if you have plans to create APIs that can provide this data in bulk in the future.

We checked this endpoint and it doesn't do the same process as what we need.

If your gap is the transcripts, there is no option or work around.

Hello, At this time, there is no bulk endpoint for voice transcripts. Bulk Transcripts

Is there an API end point that does bulk transcript exports? I can do one as described here: But to get all the transcripts into our data warehouse would require looping through every single conversation ID, getting the communication ID, then calling the transcript url API, then calling that url in that result. Just hoping there is a better way for bulk?

Bulk export of transcripts is a highly requested feature and it is part of our product roadmap for 2024. Please vote this idea to follow the progress on the feature:
