Is there any way we could get some sort of spell check during a Chat interaction?
i.e., typical wriggly red line under words that are typed wrong?
I am sure this used to be in place but am now testing chats and from an agent perspective, there is no indication that they have typed something wrong.
Obviously we try promote use of canned responses where possible but in cases where Free-formatting a response is needed, we're getting quite a few mistakes from agents come up. Ofcourse we're all human and mistakes will be made but just even the red wriggly line might help agents spot a mistake and amend before sending.
Is there anything in place or can this be requested?
