SSO Certificate error

Hi,

We have a J2ee application running on a linux server as an ETL that connects to Genesys Cloud to extract statistical information via API. We are making the connection via SSO and for a while it has worked correctly but since the certificate change (due to the expiration dates of the previous one Genesys Cloud SSO certificate expiry - Genesys Cloud Resource Center) made in December 2022, we observe that the application only works well for a few executions and suddenly it returns to us give this certificate error:

javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested targe

Is there something new that we have to take into account with the new certificate? We can't understand why it works temporarily and then stops working if it's always the same certificate.

Thanks.

David
