StartOfDayMatch Conversation Detail Query

Does the StartOfDayMatch flag exist for the standard Conversation Detail Query? We are querying for Conversations and for emails and callbacks where they may be a day between activity conversations with activity today but started yesterday do not show up.

If not does the Segment End filter from this post still function?
