The possibility Real-time STT

Hello everyone, hopefully you can help me with answering my following question. I am having quite a hard time figuring it out. I want to make a agent-assistant that can help answering questions of clients in the form of suggesting answers on their questions. This has to happen in real time while the customer service is on call with the client. However I have seen that the transcription of Genesys only happends after the call. I was wondering if theres a possibility to somehow have this happen while the two are speaking over the call. That way I can take the transcription, extract the intent and answer the customer.

However if this is not possible, is there a way to send the call real-time to another service by opening a api port that another service can listen to? That way I can still implement it using a 3rd party while still using Genesys for my calls.
