Is there any option to retrieve all contact of contact list with using API instead of downloading the csv file? What I see from the API above need a contact ID to search the contact.

The API resource you mention above is the correct resource for retrieving a contact list. As of this writing there is no alternative that returns the contact list in a JSON payload.

I think you have misunderstand. I am not here to retrieve contact list. I am trying to retrieve a contact details. How can i retrieve a contact of the person without using their id. Is there any other idea?
Pardon me, I meant to say that the resource you mentioned is the correct way to retrieve the contacts of a contact list, not the contact list itself.
