Hello,All
According to the Developer Center's description of limits, token.creation.rate.per.minute
is set to 300, meaning the number of tokens that can be created per minute is capped at 300 and cannot be increased.
Under this restriction, when using Genesys Cloud Data Actions within an inbound flow to call an API, at what point exactly are tokens created?
In the inbound flows we design, we always use Genesys Cloud Data Actions to make API calls. If a token is created each time a Genesys Cloud Data Action is executed, does that mean the limit will be exceeded if there are more than 300 incoming calls within a single minute? Is this understanding correct?
Thank you.
