Transcripts for Archived Chats

Hello,

We are trying to retrieve historical transcripts for archived chats for an entire year. Typically we would use this api, however since the recordings are archived it appears the transcripts are no longer available.

I have experimented using this API but it appears to provide a completely different structure which may not meet our requriments.

Is there a better way to retrieve bulk chat transcripts with their metadata?
