We have used the blueprint to create a translation app.
The app is loading in the UI.
We are troubleshooting the app, we can see that conversation id is not being passed to the nodejs server. We have setup debugging and this is what we see when we receive a message into the queue and launch the app
"No myParam query string provided."
We can see when loading the developer tools that the widget is looking to pass the conversation id
How do we continue to troubleshoot. We have the NodeJS in AWS as recommended
We can attached to theNodeJS server and successfully translate.
How do we troubleshoot in Genesys Cloud to see why the conversationid parameter is not being passed ?
