Trigger with user.start

Hi everyone! I implemented the following Genesys Idea:

But we are facing two issues:

  1. The trigger is activated on inbound calls. Why?
  2. The trigger is activated when a supervisor what's to monitor a call. Why?

The trigger is configured:

v2.detail.events.conversation.{id}.user.start
search if queue exists and search if DNIS contains tel:+

Why the trigger is hit by inbound and monitor calls?
