Triggering an email to a email distribution when a new voicemail arrives to a queue

Hello there,

I need help with a use case where there is a need for sending an email to a email distro whenever a new voicemail is left on a queue. The email should contain the .wav voicemail audio as attachment.

Any solution to this is greatly appreciated.

Hi,
Create a fake user, for the email of that user set the emaildistribution.

You can transfer the call to that user and that user will be recive the voicemail by email.
