Hi,
I'm interested in understanding the scope of data encryption within Genesys' encryption, specifically concerning customer secured conversation data. Could you provide insights into the following:
- What specific types of customer secured conversation data, such as chat transcripts or call recordings, does Genesys encrypt using customer-owned AWS KMS symmetric keys?
I'm particularly interested in identifying the categories or classifications of data that receive encryption within this scope. From few docs, I got to understand that only data that are marked as Customer secured conversation data are encrypted. Will this apply to personal data of agent or any other.
Thank you for your assistance in clarifying the encrypted data types for customer secured conversation data within Genesys' systems.
Best regards, Altaf.
