Hi all,
Is there any kind of event/trigger that raises when an agent switches between active interactions in UI?
In case an agent has multiple interactions, I need to perform some task (invoke a data action for example, or trigger a workflow) when agent switches from one interaction to another.

As far as I know, none of the topics that Triggers currently support provide what you are looking for. I suggest looking through the whole unfiltered list of topics and checking if there is one that supports what you need. From there, you can post an idea for this at https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/
If you find an existing topic that would work for you definitely include it in your idea, as it is fairly easy to add trigger support for an existing topic.

Unfortunately, none of the existing triggers does the trick. My hope was that someone would have some way to catch these events.
