How can I get a list of contacts from a contact list that are no longer callable (ContactCallable=0). I can not find an API end point that allows me to search a contact list (only export the full list). Doe anyone know where I can search for contacts or listen to possible events when a contact is marked as uncallable?

Currently export is the way to go or, retrieve contact using contactId and check callable. The appropriate team is working on an API to be released as part of contact list editor feature where you can search this.
